Prices

The price depends on the chosen plan (functionality) and the number of active employees included in the system. For example, if you choose the "Proffesional" plan and have 50 employees, the price would be 4.5 * 50 = 225 euros per month.

Yes! If you purchase services for a 12-month period, we apply an additional discount depending on the plan you choose. Also, for companies with more than 100 employees, additional (tiered) discounts are applied. You are welcome to contact our consultants for a more accurate price quote.

If these users are not included in any of the schedules in OPTAS system, there is no additional charge for these users. If they are included in a schedule, standard rates apply as for ordinary employees.

We do not charge for employees who are no longer included in schedule.

Services

OPTAS system is provided based on Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. This mean that software, all of the infrastructure, maintenance, upgrades and consultations* on how to use the system are included in the services.
* For every 100-employee package, one hour of free consultation per month is provided (e.g. when purchasing a package of 400-employee, 4 hours of free consultation are provided)

To make sure you get the benefits of OPTAS, we offer a 45-day money-back guarantee. After this period, if you decide you don't want to use the system, we'll refund your money.

If you feel that certain functionalities are not currently needed in your organization, or if you need additional features, please contact our consultants. We will advise you on the best plan to meet your needs.

OPTAS system is hosted in the Cloud. No additional software is required to be installed on your computers. All you need is a stable internet connection and a computer.

General questions

An active employee is an employee who has an active contract today (on the roster) or has a future contract. The number of active employees determines the monthly cost of services. There is no charge for employees who are no longer working in your company.

If you decide that OPTAS services are not suitable for you for any reason, you can cancel it at any time (within the time limits set out in the contract). If you have paid for the services, they will remain valid until the end of the paid period.
